Description

Ce type de salon, que Mackintosh a imaginé de forme ovale, était la pièce où les dames se retrouvaient après le diner. Sa couleur et sa forme générale évoquent la féminité comme le montre l'oeuvre de Mackintosh. La fenêtre concave et le luminaire ont également des formes ovales.

Mackintosh n'a laissé ni décor, ni mobilier d'intérieur pour ce salon. Les meubles qui y figurent sont semblables à ceux qu'il a créés pour d'autres intérieurs d'habitation.
