Description

Le temple Sri Manakula Vinayagar date de plus de 300 ans, il est dédié à Ganesh (Gabesha, Ganapati).et se trouve dans la ville "blanche".

A l'intérieur, sur les murs figurent quarante formes différentes de Ganesh. Le temple renferme aussi un petit sanctuaire dédié au dieu Murugan, qui est le frère cadet de Ganesh. A l'entrée du temple, ‘Lakshmi’, l’éléphant du temple, donne sa bénédiction et prend la monnaie des fidèles et des touristes à l’aide de sa trompe.
