Daprès Helni qui a très bien étudié les rapports du gros intestinavec les reins, le coude droit du colon na pas laspect dune coudure àangle droit, le colon se recourbe plutôt autour du pôle inférieur durein (anse ou courbure rénale), pour remonter ensuite obliquementen haut vers la surface inférieure du foie et former un deuxième coude(courbure hépatique) et se continuer alors dans le colon transverse;dans dautres cas le pôle inférieur du rein est plus ou moins recou-vert par le gros intestin — nous avons vu dans certains cas, le reinentraîner ainsi, et se mettre à cheval sur cette coudure du colon, etentraver plus ou moins le fonctionnement de lintestin (Bourcart)(voy. fig. 58, 59 et 60). 120 LE REIX MOBILl
