Українці! Четверта п’ятирічка закріплює колоніальне становище України. Сталінські вельможі хочуть так господарити в Україні, як господарюють в Африці капіталістичні грабіжники. Вони запланували ограбити з Украйни для своїх імперіалістичних цілей: 97 мільйонів тон чавуну, 8,8 мільйонів тон сталі 86 мільйонів тон вугілля, 325 тисяч тон нафти й увесь хліб! Геть колоніальний грабіж України! Багатства України – українському народові! Смерть сталінським бандитам!

Ukrainians! The fourth five-year plan consolidates the colonial position of Ukraine. Stalinist magnates want to manage Ukraine the way capitalist robbers manage Africa. They have planned to rob Ukraine for their imperialist goals: 97 million tons of iron, 8.8 million tons of steel, 86 million tons of coal, 325 thousand tons of oil, and all the bread! Get out of the colonial robbery of Ukraine! The wealth of Ukraine belongs to the Ukrainian people! Death to the Stalinist bandits!
