The Salford leopard (Panthera pardus), in Leeds City Museum, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It was taxidermy-mounted by Harry Ferris Brazenor for Salford Museum in the early 20th century, and transferred to Leeds Museum in 1982. This exhibit was photographed through reflective glass, under spotlights. The photograph has been manipulated so as to reveal the exhibit as far as possible. Any reflections have become part of the picture. |
