Anmerkung zu Carl, Heinrich Uhlig, im Zusammenhang mit der 2021 noch bestehenden Rauchwarenhandlung Uhlig:

Ich bin zwar immer noch im Hause Uhlig unterwegs, muss Ihnen aber sagen, dass kein UHLIG Familiemitglied im Kürschnerberuf tätig war. Einzig Herr Rolf Jungnickel in Solingen und auch eine Tochter von Herrn Jungnickel waren Kürschner. Herr Jungnickel war, so glaube ich zu wissen, ein Cousin von Herr Theodor Uhlig. Soweit mein Wissen über die Familie Uhlig. Hans-Josef Braun [Inhaber der Firma Uhlig Rauchwaren].
