| Description | The alveoli are lined by cuboiodal to low columnar tumor cells growing in a lepidic pattern. Many of the cuboidal cells have a 'hobnail" appearance. No evidence of mucin production. Stromal invasion was present in other areas of this core biopsy specimen. |
