English: All of these silver two-part belt clasp have hallmarks which range from 1906 to 1910.
The top belt clasp, features a silver interlaced pattern with purple enamel.It is Hallmarked on reverse. 'L & Co' [Liberty and Co] and features the anchor symbol denoting Birmingham and its date letter 'g' corresponds to 1906.The other part with lion and date letter 'g'.[1906] Dimensions 83mm wide x 53mm high Inventory number HARGM 956 The middle belt clasp is a hammered silver piece with a blue/green enamel central reserve on each part of the clasp. One piece is hallmarked on reverse, 'L & Co' [Liberty & Co],and features the anchor symbol denoting Birmingham, lion and its date letter 'k' corresponds to 1910.The other part stamped with the lion passant and date letter 'k' [1910] Dimensions 74mm wide x 44mm high Inventory number HARGM 667 The last belt clasp is a silver piece with blue/green enamel central reserves. Hallmarked on reverse of one part: 'WHH' [William Hair Haseler],and features the anchor symbol denoting Birmingham, lion and its date letter letter 'i' corresponds to 1908. The other part stamped with the lion passant and date letter 'i' [1908]. Dimensions 84mm wide x 43mm high Inventory number HARGM 957 Helen Ritchie an expert in jewellery who looked over Harrogate collection suggested that this particular piece was perhaps designed by Archibald Knox.
