Summary

Description
English: Lichens on boulder An abundant growth of Sea Ivory (Ramalina siliquosa) on a boulder at the top of the beach. There are also Caloplaca thallincola (yellow-orange) and Tephromela atra (pale grey). This must be the local equivalent of a veritable rain-forest, though nourished by Atlantic rain and sea spray!
