Deutsch: Lichtbild des Schiller-Gymnasiums um 1907. Der Bildtitel heißt Die Schillerschule kurz nach der Eröffnung. Dieses abfotografierte Werk (schwarz-weißes Lichtbild) könnte einen abgelaufenen Urheberrechtsschutz haben, wenn nicht, greift die Panoramafreiheit, da das Werk Teil einer permanent an einer öffentlichen Straße befindlichen Tafel ist. Das Foto wurde mutmaßlich vom Balkon der Schillerstraße 45 fotografiert. Dies sieht man an der markanten Begrenzung des Balkons.
English: Photograph of the Schiller-Gymnasium around 1907. The title of the picture is The Schiller School shortly after the opening. This photographed work (black and white photograph) might have expired copyright protection, if not, the freedom of panorama takes effect, because the work is part of a permanent board located on a public street. The photo was presumably taken from the balcony of Schillerstraße 45. This can be seen from the prominent boundary of the balcony. |
