Description
English: A table summarising the classification of living creatures explained in Jain scriptures dating back to around 5th century BC era. Living creatures are divided into six categories based on the senses:

Ekindriya - one sense, Dvindriya - two sense, Treindriya- three sense, Chaurindriya - four sense, Asanjni Panchindriya - five sense, Sanjni Panchindriya - five sense with rational thinking mind

Creatures of each category had different number of paryaaptis (power) and praana (vitality).
