Victoria Beach Lighthouse was built in 1901 by John Roney. The white, wooden, pepper-shaker tower stands 9.4 meters (31 ft) tall with a red rood and was first put into operation on July 8, 1901.

A old fish processing plant fronting on the Digby Gut. The fish processing business has been dormant last 15 years.

Many of these places in Nova Scotia have been disappearing as fish stocks deplete and larger processors take over.
