Summary

edit
Description
English: Lilly Lane Footbridge, Halifax. This footbridge connects the two severed ends of Lilly Lane. Originally there was a road here, which ran steeply downhill from Church Street, passed beneath a railway bridge and crossed the Hebble Brook. When the railway facilities were extended in the 1880s, the lane was severed and this footbridge constructed.
