Summary
editDescriptionLimestone. Creag Gharbh - geograph.org.uk - 78447.jpg |
English: Limestone. Creag Gharbh. Scotland has few obvious limestone areas, but the rock does crop up more often than some suppose. The north side of Creag Gharbh is mostly limestone, with seasonal watercourses running down usually dry gullies, green close cropped grass and the odd occurrence of pavement like here. While there were plenty of springs, I did not notice any obvious cave entrances. |
