Description
English: Turnbuckle on Pratt pony truss bridge carrying the former w:Lincoln Highway across Prairie Creek in southwestern Platte County, Nebraska. The bridge is a contributing structure to a 1.2-mile (2.0 km) section of the highway that is listed in the National Register of Historic Places under the name Lincoln Highway-Gardiner Station. The date of the bridge's construction is unknown, but it is thought to predate the 1913 development of the highway.
