Español: Linfocito T citotóxico, Sinapsis Inmunológica.

Arriba imagen de MET de la interfase del LTc con su célula objetivo.
Tomograma de la sinapsis inmunológica entre un Linfocito T citotóxico (LTc) y una célula objetivo (abajo). El Centro organizador del microtúbulo (MTOC) está polarizado al sitio de contacto célula-célula. Los gránulos líticos electron-densos son transportados a lo largo de los microtúbulos hacia la hendidura sináptica. Aquí ella se fusiona con la membrana y excreta las proteínas citotóxicas que disparan la muerte de la célula objetivo.

Abajo reconstrucción de los elementos constituyentes de la sinapsis.
