Wybudowany przez Rosjan w latach 1940-1941 w miejscu przebiegu rdzenia Twierdzy Przemyśl do obrony granicy Sowiecko-Niemieckiej na Sanie. Obiekt jednokondygnacyjny, wieloizbowy, uzbrojony w trzy ciężkie karabiny maszynowe do ognia czołowego oraz ręczny karabin maszynowy do obrony wejścia. W schronie znajdowały się m.in. śluza gazowa, peryskop, studnia i wyjście ewakuacyjne. Obiektem opiekuje się Szkoła Podstawowa nr 15 w Przemyślu |
