Deutsch: Die Senkung staatlicher Defizite riskiert Spardruck - doppelten Spardruck - einerseits um gewohnte Einnahmeüberschüsse in ihrer Höhe so gut wie möglich zu erhalten - andererseits bei Schuldnern, um höhere Ausgabenüberschüsse (Neuverschuldung) möglichst zu vermeiden. Aufgrund der Reduktion ihrer Ausgaben, sinken die Einnahmen des jeweils Anderen und weiter wird an den Ausgaben gespart: Die Konjunktur bricht ein (BIP sinkt/Staatsschuldenquote steigt). |
