The alley leading to the Greek Orthodox Church “Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary” inside the Cemetery of the Greek community built in 1840 on plans by Olinto Paradossi besides that of Dutch - German communities. Inside the church is a rich iconostasis realised in the first half of nineteen century by Ferdinando Magagnini, Francesco Parri, painting by Carlo Morelli and two chapels dedicated to “St. Nectarius” and the “Holy Trinity”. |
