Lloyd Thayer was a recent guest on Us Folk, the show I host on Community Radio here in Portland, Maine.

dobroist Lloyd Thayer has a new recording out called Blues for Boston a self release . It's ALL Blues , he is in the process of recording & releasing several other projects by the end of summer.
This time Lloyd brought up three guitars, a banjo and quite a few harmonicas including this rare replica of a once very popular harmonica w/ horns.

Lloyd plays on the streets fo Cambridge & Boston (a lot ) and besides doing his own work , his playing appears on a number of other artist's album projects.

Lloyd's an incredibly adept dobro player, here's some pics.
