English: The Japanese hole is a tunnel (bunker) protection built by the Japanese occupation army around 1942 for defense purposes. The Japanese hole itself is in the Panorama Park in the city of Bukittinggi, West Sumatra. The distance is not too far from the Clock Tower which is in the city center
