Description
Deutsch: Lochmühle (Oberwartha), Infotafel 14 vom Lehrpfad Lotzebach. Inschrift: Die Lochmühle wurde am 24. Dezember 1400 erstmals erwähnt. Im 18. Jahrhundert gehörte sie zum Brauschenkengut Oberwarta. Ab 1875 richtete Müler Erdmann Veith neben dem Mahl- auch den Schneidbetrieb ein und erhielt das Schankrecht. Nach dem 1. Weltkrieg wurde der Mahlbetrieb eingestellt und die Lochmühle als Ausflugs- und Tanzgaststätte und später als Ferienheim genutzt.
