Description
Español: El locoto relleno es un plato tradicional de la gastronomía boliviana. Consiste en utilizar locotos, que son una variedad picante de pimiento similar al ají o chile, como base. Estos locotos se vacían y se rellenan con una mezcla de carne molida, cebolla, ajo, huevos duros picados, y a veces arroz. Luego, se rebosan en una mezcla de agua harina y condimento y se fríen hasta que estén dorados. El locoto relleno es conocido por su sabor picante y su mezcla de sabores intensos, y suele ser servido con papas cocidas y ensalada. Es una deliciosa especialidad boliviana. #wikimixtura23
