English: Logo ici.la self-referential domain name in French. Pun based on the extension .la (national top-level domain) reserved for Laos, homograph of "là", French adverb meaning there, and synonymous with ici meaning here. Graphically, the red circle pointing to the dot fulfills the function of a pictogram indicating a location. The dot thus evokes the place and the fusion of the two words in the same web address.
