This map is referenced in James Howgego, 'Printed Maps of London c.1553-1850' 2nd edition, p.48, under cat.8. Howgego tells us it is based on a derivative of the Agas map by George Vertue (a), and it is the earliest and largest of the several map views based on Vertue's version.
