| Description |
English: A preserved ex-London Transport Routemaster bus. Delivered new in October 1967 as RML2726 (reg. SMK 726F), it saw service in London in April 2005, being one of the buses which survived into privatisation, and was selected for life-extension. After withdrawal it passed to Ensignbus (dealer), being used for a time by the Argos chain of shops, before being exported to Northern Ireland, where it is pictured here, in use as an ice-cream van, out of a shop based in Garvagh, County Londonderry. |
