English: Looking across the River Severn valley The first part of the wood on the right is in the south-west corner of the square. To its left , the fields run down to Clydfanau Bridge with a house adjacent to the A470 along the line of trees. The river runs in the nearer line of trees at the lowest point with the old railway line closer still. The fields of Bontnewydd Fach (small new bridge) run up towards us in the north-west corner of the square. |
