Businesses include: the Snoqualmie Hotel Bar, Gustave Neal Paint Co., and Snoqualmie Hotel/Dentist. The view also shows streetcar lines, a brick street, and a W.O.W. banner in the background. PH Coll 481.44

Despite what the University of Washington Libraries says, this is actually looking west on Pike from Third. Snoqualmie Hotel (northwest corner of Third & Pike) is at left. A block away at right is the Masonic Building at Second and Pike, later extended upward three stories as People's National Bank of Washington / People's Savings Bank Building.
