English: Time‐lapse imaging of pseudopod formation in involuting lateral cells of a wild type embryo injected with cfl1 tMO1. Shown here is a 15‐min DIC time‐lapse image sequence of a cfl1 tMO1‐injected embryo. The lateral cells were migrating toward the animal pole on the top.
