Description Lot 839-1: Don’t Need A Foxhole Now. There was plenty of reason for foxholes on Attu during the battle for the Aleutian stronghold. But with the U.S. victory there, this little fox decided to leave home, go along with his new master, Storekeeper Third Class R.E. Kailey who found him there. Photograph released September 7, 1943.
