English: Photograph from Louis Désiré Blanquart-Evrards Album photographique de l'artiste et de l'amateur, issued in Lille in 1851. The album includes 36 plates, each with a single mounted photograph, and four pages with descriptions.
Français : La tour qui domine le paysage est celle des Boucheries ou Beffroi de Bruges; elle à 108 mètres d'élévation; elle était autrefois surmontée d'une flèche eu bvois, qui fut détruite par la fondre en 1711.
