Lucheux (Somme, France) -
Lambrequins décorant (ou obstruant partiellement) les petites fenêtres horizontales d'un bâtiment semblant avoir fonction de garage, de remise ou d'atelier.
Il y a lieu de s'interroger sur les raisons de la présence ici de ces lambrequins !

  • pour dissuasion ? S'agirait-il en fait de réduire le passage lors d'une éventuelle tentative d'intrusion par les fenêtres ? Ces lambrequins auraient donc alors la fonction de simples planches qui par leur décoration auraient été jugées plus esthétiques (et plus en rapport avec ce que l'on voit dans le village) qu'un grillage métallique ou que des barres scellées.
  • pour réduire la lumière intérieure ? L'usage de ce bâtiment (stockage de produits, de matériaux, d'aliments ou d'appareils ?) nécessiterait-il au contraire une luminosité moindre pénétrant à l'intérieur ?
