Lujano Rivera Es un abogado y reconocido periodista que nació en Toluca, México el 21 de agosto de 1961, hijo de incansables padres, que lograron en su hijo consolidar una gran vocación social, bajo los principios de justicia y equidad; con lo que ha conseguido trabajar con los demás, para que tengan resultados fuera de lo común y que consigan cambios extraordinarios en su vida personal y profesional. Su vocación social, para ayudar a la población, lo ha llevado a ser Presidente de varios clubes Rotarios y de otras organizaciones sociales. Se ha desempeñado en la academia, la iniciativa privada y el sector público, ha sido síndico interino en Atlacomulco; director jurídico por dos administraciones en el Municipio de Toluca; director jurídico de casi todas las secretarías de despacho del Gobierno del Estado de México; Director General de Averiguaciones Previas y Subprocurador de Justicia en Toluca, del Estado de México, entre otros cargos en la administración pública federal estatal y municipal. Escribió el libro "Yo sólo pasaba por aquí. Cuautitlán Izcalli. Desde hace medio Siglo". Un libro de época, tipo narrativa histórica diseñado en forma de libro de texto, propio para estudiantes y maestros. Del año 2013 al 2015 fue Director de Planeación y Evaluación Municipal de Cuautitlán Izcalli donde tuvo la gran oportunidad de conocer la historia viva de Cuautitlán Izcalli.
