En 2014 et 2015, le site a donc fait remettre en état l'une des trois sources d'énergie de la scierie : la roue à augets. Grâce à la réparation et au remontage de celle-ci, la scierie du musée a pu reprendre son activité et compléter les sources d'énergie déjà mises en place. .
