Deutsch: Mülheim, Alte Dreherei, ursprünglich Bahnausbesserungswerk von 1874, wurde 1959 stillgelegt und sich selbst überlassen. Erst 2008 konnte ein Verein als Trägergesellschaft sie von der Mülheimer Verkehrsgesellschaft als Haus für die Vereine für 90 Jahre pachten und denkmalgerecht sanieren. Die Deckenkonstruktion ist in dieser Form für Deutschland einmalig: Eine Holztragekonstruktion auf gusseisernen Säulen mit teilweise noch originalen Glasplatten im Dach. |
