Description
Deutsch: Küchenblock, bestehend aus Schrank, Ablage, Abfallschacht, Minikühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine, vor Einbau und Montage. Vom Vormieter vor Abschluss des Vertrags von GEWOFAG mit WMDE ausgebaut und abtransportiert. Piminellus hat den Block sowie die anderen vom Vorbesitzer teilweise ausgebauten Einbauten zurückgeholt. Der Vorbesitzer hat ihm die Einbauten übereignet. Pimpinellus hat sie dem Spacebetreiber als Dauerleihgaben überlassen, unter der Prämisse der Rückgabe, wenn die Einbauten und anderen Gegenstände (Konferenztisch, Schreibtisch, Eichenstühle, Anrichte aus Teakholz etc.) nicht mehr gebraucht werden und/oder bei Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses zwischen WMDE und dem städtischen Vermieter GEWOFAG.
