Description
Français : Reproduction d'une gravure de Nicolas Tassin en 1634. Reportage réalisé par Alfred Bernier et commandité pour être présenté au couple impérial Napoléon III et Eugénie en visite à Brest en août 1858. L'album comprend 23 tirages d'après des négatifs au collodion humide. L'ensemble est conservé dans un portfolio titré. Chaque épreuve est datée et porte la signature à l'encre du photographe. Certaines vues furent reproduites sous forme de bois gravés dans l'Illustration du 21 août 1858.
