Deutsch: Benin-Bronze. Gedenkkopf eines Königs Uhunmwun Elao. Kopf eines Oni im Krönungsornat mit Korallenperlenkrone mit seitlichen Flügeln und hohem Korallenhalskragen. Der massive Kopf diente als Ständer für einen beschnitzen Elefantenstoßzahn. Rückansicht.
English: Benin bronze. Commemorative Head of a King Uhunmwun Elao. Head of an Oni in coronation regalia with coral bead crown with wings on the sides and high coral neck collar. The massive head served as a stand for a carved elephant tusk. Back view.
