Español: En el marco de su visita oficial a Italia, el ministro de Defensa, Pedro Cateriano Bellido, acompañado del Comandante General de la Fuerza Aérea, General del Aire Jaime Figueroa Olivos, sostuvo reuniones con autoridades del ministerio de Defensa de ese país.
El titular del sector también participó en audiencias con agregados militares de nuestro país y representantes de la empresa italiana Alenia Aermacchi, que proveerá a la Fuerza Aérea de dos modernos aviones de transporte C-27J. El ministro y su comitiva realizaron una visita guiada a la línea de producción de dicha empresa, donde pudieron observar el ensamblaje del primer avión C-27J para el Estado Peruano. Finalmente, el ministro Cateriano abordó un avión de este tipo perteneciente a la Fuerza Aérea Romana donde experimentó la potencia, capacidad y versatilidad de dicha nave. |
