Fotografia grupowa przedstawiająca kobiety i mężczyzn w plenerze, członków Stowarzyszenia Śpiewaczego „Echo”. Dwóch mężczyzn na pierwszym planie trzyma w dłoniach instrumenty muzyczne (mandolinyu).

Stowarzyszenie Śpiewacze „Echo” powstało w 1876 r. z inicjatywy klasowych związków zawodowych przy kościele Podwyższenia św. Krzyża w Łodzi jako chór męski pod nazwą „Chór Polski”. W 1925 r. zmieniło nazwę na Stowarzyszenie Śpiewacze „Echo”. W 1981 r. powołano chór żeński, który jest kontynuatorem tradycji stowarzyszenia.
