Description
Fotografia portretowa wykonana w zakładzie fotograficznym “J. Tyraspolski” w Łodzi przedstawiająca mężczyznę w średnim wieku w stroju wizytowym. Na rewersie fotografii ozdobny druk reklamowy. Jakub (Jakow) Tyraspolski od 1894 roku prowadził zakład w Odessie na ulicy Moskiewskiej. Dnia 21 kwietnia 1899 roku złożył podanie jako "Nadworny fotograf wyróżniony nagrodą Ich Cesarskich Królewskich Wysokości” do kancelarii gubernatora piotrkowskiego. Prosił w nim o zezwolenie na otwarcie zakładu w Łodzi, w domu Arona Wienera przy ulicy Piotrkowskiej 76 i już 20 lipca 1899 roku otrzymał zgodę. Specjalnie dla jego potrzeb przebudowano fasadę i wnętrza niedawno wybudowanej kamienicy, dostosowując trzecie piętro do jego atelier. W 1908 roku Jakub Tyraspolski sprzedał zakład Feliksowi Buchcarowi. Od 1920 roku właścicielem był Jan Buchcar prowadząc firmę pod dawną nazwą do 1939 roku.
