Description

Formerly The Ritz Residences at Kapalua Bay and also the former site of the Kapalua Bay Hotel, Montage Hotels and Resorts took over in 2014 and rebranded the individual residences into one, two, three and four-bedroom suites.

The starting room category is a 1,250-square-foot one-bedroom suite with a separate sitting area that comes with a pull-out couch, a giant master bathroom with a soaking tub, and a few above-and-beyond features like a small kitchen, a powder room, a washer and dryer, and ample lanai space. Most suites are decorated in soothing colors, but the larger residences, which are individually owned, all have different looks.
