| Description | The first time i noticed this building i was on a bus going to Kings Cross and i thought next time i will get a photo of it -Which you are looking at.. I got off the bus took the photo then got back on the bus. It wasn't till later when i looked at it on my computer why i was attracted to it.. I think it reminded me of the Flatiron Building In New York, I like the design how it seems to be sinking backwards into the ground.. From the little i have read about it it doesn't seem to be popular with lots of folks, but i like it - although i am unlikely to ever stay there ( It's a hotel ).. It seems to have been built ahead of the new Tech city area of London that is quickly being built skywards.. I have a pretty good knowledge of London streets and although there never seems to be a break in new buildings being erected, There does seem to be a massive amount of building work going on at the moment, which does make you wonder with all this investment going on it doesn't seem to have been affected by our vote to get out of the European Community ( Brexit ). Personally i like it... |
