English: Maastricht, the Netherlands. Courtyard view of the so-called House of the Twelve Apostles, an alms house for the elderly, founded in 1493 in Bogaardenstraat in the central neighbourhood of Statenkwartier. The murals were done by Belgian refugees during World War I.
