Nederlands: Aandacht voor het maken van snoep. Met het machinaal vervaardigen van pepermuntkussentjes en het handmatig maken van kaneelstokjes door de Amsterdamse suikerbakker Jaap van Leverink. REACTIE van suikerbakker Van Leverink. SHOTS: snoepafdeling Vroom en Dreesman (V&D); maken van pepermuntkussentjes met machinaal slaan van deeg, mannen plakken gekleurde stroken op het deeg, machine trekt deeg in een lint waarna de snoepjes worden gestanst; snoeppot met pepermuntkussentjes en één met kaneelstokjes; kaneelolie wordt toegevoegd aan pan met brij van bruine suiker, stroop en witte suiker; uitgieten van de brij op stalen plaat, slaan van het deeg aan een haak aan de muur; man en vrouw maken lange strengen van de kaneel die vervolgens in stokjes worden geknipt; ext. zeventiende eeuwse pakhuis aan Kromboomsloot in Amsterdam.

SHOTS: confectionery Vroom and Dreesman (V & D) of peppermint cushions with mechanical beating dough, men pasting colorful strips of the dough, machine pulls dough into a ribbon and then the sweets are punched, jar with peppermint pads and one with cinnamon sticks, cinnamon oil is added to a hot mixture of brown sugar, syrup and white sugar and the slurry is poured onto a steel plate, then the resulting dough is stretched with a hook on the wall, man and woman making long strands of cinnamon sticks are then cut, ext. seventeenth-century warehouse on Krom Boomssloot Amsterdam. |
