In conjunction with the Recovery Act-funded electrical system rehabilitation project at Makah National Fish Hatchery, Sabyr Contractors replaced and repaired a series of aging pumps in order to increase efficiency and decrease energy use. Workers are pictured here during the removal of one of the failing pumps. The project was completed in June, 2010 using $54,608 in Recovery Act funding.
