se denomina nuevo estilo de comer arroz prensado de color con fotografía comestible con ingredientes de relleno tales como nori,pescados,crudos marinados,carnes, aves,vegetales,hortalizas, queso crema, Prensado en madera con una fotografía comestible de arroz La cual puede ser cuadrada, rectangular,circular,todas las formas geométricas y tamaños. tenemos otra variante los makiredroll`sfoto personalizada es un roll`s de sushi cubierto con fotografia comestible Este nuevo estilo y producto fue creado por Marjorie Del Carmen Ferreira San Martin, mujer de nacionalidad chilena, el 20 de noviembre del 2014, en la comuna de macul, región metropolitana en el sushi rollings days el local donde trabajaba actualmente,ubicado en capitán ignaciano carrera pinto 4999, macul, región metropolitana de Chile. mezclo su pasión por la fotografía y el sushi creando el nuevo estilo de comer makiredisa que significa sus amores Marjorie Mauricio (novio) Kira(hija) Emilia(su tortuga) Daniel (hijo) Agustin (hijo) y su suegra fallecida Isabel que en total sumaron el nombre MA-KIRE-DA-ISA en la actualidad no existe ningún restaurante con el producto ya que tiene una receta de sabor único. su primera presentación en publico fue en la Ilustre municipalidad de Macul,en una muestra de proyectos el 15 de julio del 2016. |
