Description

Inspired by what we had in Hongkong, we tried our hand at making a HK-style dessert, ????? Mango and Beancurd Dessert, with a little caramel sugar syrup.

It was cool and smooth. A nice end to dinner on a warm night.

... but, it's a pity that Australian mangoes aren't as fragrant as Asian ones.
