| Description | Manly 23rd May 2010, Nikon D50, this image is a panorama of about six images. Each image was 3 seconds exposure using Cokin ND filter of about 12 (very dark). The original image had a very red tint but after experimenting in photoshop I created some pretty interesting effects such as this one. I applied a blue, green and yellow filter and then a specify effect and turned the contrast up. I played around with various filters of blue, green, yellow until I got the exact result I liked. This is similar to one of my other image but I refined the colour a bit more. This is my favourite of the three images. The whole image really shows the motion of the waves and clouds with the dark ocean and hard rock etc. A bit different to what I originally planned but I actually really like the result. |
