| Description |
English: Marsh Lane "Narrows", near Wolverhampton. Here the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal, carved as a cutting into the sandstone bedrock, is less than the width of two boats. Forster Bridge can be seen with an approaching narrowboat in the narrowest part of the canal. We stop and wait in the passing place shown in the image #5.
